Confirmation of Appointment
Upon booking, an automated text and email will be sent to you to confirm the appointment booked, using the details provided by you. A reminder SMS message is sent the day before your appointment. As the client, you are required to reply to the reminder with "Y" in order to confirm attendance. In the event that your attendance is not confirmed, you will be contacted and your booking may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
The allocated scheduled time is reserved especially for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, The Beauty Element is not able to full the vacancy. We request that you respect the time that has been allocated for you as this means that other customer may not be able to receive their services due to your booked and no-show appointment.
Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, The Beauty Element requires at least 48 hours notice. We understand that there are occasions where advance notice is not possible. Cancellations and reschedule with less than 48 hours notice may result in an invoice for the full payment to be sent to the email address and phone number provided. Repeat cancellations will lead to forfeiture of the ability to book again.
